A specialist consulting firm with a growing presence across Europe is seeking a Manager-level Consultant to join its CH-based team. The firm focuses on helping clients transform their finance functions through Corporate Performance Management (CPM) technologies and process optimisation.

This is a hands-on consulting role with leadership potential, ideal for someone with a strong background in financial consolidation and CPM/EPM tools. You’ll work closely with clients to deliver impactful transformation projects and will be supported by an experienced mentor to accelerate your development into future leadership roles.

As a Manager Consultant, you will:

• Lead and contribute to finance transformation projects focused on performance management and reporting
• Advise clients on best practices for financial consolidation and planning processes
• Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions using CPM tools
• Manage project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with finance teams
• Support junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and operations
• Ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Required:

• Strong experience in financial consolidation and performance management processes
• Proven track record of working on CPM/EPM projects, ideally in a consulting environment
• Familiarity with tools such as CCH Tagetik, SAP BFC, One Stream, Pigment, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of finance transformation and reporting frameworks
• Project management experience, with the ability to lead work streams and coordinate teams
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, with flexibility for hybrid working

Preferred:

• Experience in client-facing roles or advisory services
• Exposure to multi-country or international finance environments
