Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support its Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs). In this role you will design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and delivering high‑quality solutions.

• Solution Design and Configuration – Design, configure, and customize  applications to meet business requirements.
• Requirement Analysis – Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Implementation – Develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects within Salesforce.
• Testing and Validation – Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality.
• Documentation – Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Support and Maintenance – Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (required).
• 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer (preferred).
• Proficiency with Salesforce configuration and customization, APIs, data migration, integrations, and testing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Team player capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Hourly rates vary by office location:

• California: $21.97 – $49.57
• Cleveland: $20.34 – $39.66
• Colorado: $21.97 – $42.84
• District of Columbia: $23.37 – $45.63
• Illinois: $20.34 – $42.84
• Maryland: $21.97 – $42.84
• Massachusetts: $21.97 – $45.63
• Minnesota: $21.97 – $42.84
• New York/New Jersey: $20.34 – $49.57
• Washington: $23.37 – $45.63
