Your role in our mission- You will work closely with Medicaid stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that solutions are clear, actionable, and aligned with program goals.
- Bring strong written and verbal communication skills to every interaction, helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams.
- Be responsible for shaping the business design of projects from user interfaces to report formats, letter templates, and process definitions.
- Use your ability to explore systems and business processes with curiosity to uncover opportunities for improvement and translate them into practical designs.
- Conduct research into Medicaid practices, facilitate stakeholder interviews, and lead walkthroughs with clients to ensure every requirement is well understood and documented.
Play a key role in supporting the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- This includes contributing to test plans and ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
- Three or more years of Business Analyst experience translating technical goals and requirements into real action for clients.
- Comfortable supporting projects across all phases of the SDLC.
- A clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Naturally curious about systems, processes, and how things work.
- Skilled at eliciting and documenting requirements with precision and clarity.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to make a meaningful impact in Medicaid programs.
- Fully remote options from continental US locations only.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. All salaried, full-time candidates are eligible for our generous, flexible vacation policy, a 401(k) employer match, comprehensive health benefits, and educational assistance.
