In this role you will be:

• Responsible for various duties pertaining to information services with a specialty being in the clinical areas.
• Interpreting, analyzing, designing, modifying, and/or writing reports for clinical applications.
• Preparing and delivering computer and software training classes to assure proficiency for all users.
• Implementing clinical applications, tools, or processes that assist clinicians with the management of data.
• Serving as a liaison between IS and the end user.
• Performing or assisting in the performance of computer systems or network problem diagnosis.
• Utilizing skills in computer literacy, usage, and clinical software.
• Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment in determining computer/clinical-related problems.
• Utilizing excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Coordinating several projects at a time.
• Able to review and evaluate requests for clinical system changes and enhancements.

Required:

• EDUCATION:
  
  Degree in nursing or healthcare-related field required or equivalent work experience (RN preferred
  )
• EXPERIENCE:
  
  5 years clinical experience
• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
  • Possess current license as an RN in Pennsylvania, or must pass nursing boards within 6 months of hire
  • BLS required or obtained within 1 month of hire
