Responsibilities- Provide second‑level technical support for all incoming IT issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems with hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and iOS devices, ensuring all systems and workstations operate efficiently.
- Provision hardware and software, support remote office locations, and diagnose basic and intermediate technical problems.
- Lead IT infrastructure improvement projects, ensuring systems remain up‑to‑date and secure.
- Support and update company software, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with users at all levels of the organization to identify needs, deliver technology solutions, and enhance end‑user experiences.
- Ensure endpoint security protection is in place, with regular monitoring for vulnerabilities and maintenance of security systems.
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all IT assets, documenting hardware failures, repairs, installations, and removals.
- Assist in training and supporting the IT Support Services Team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our Headquarters (Enola, PA) 2‑3 days per week. The position may require in‑person training.
Skills- Sound analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, SMTP
- Basic knowledge of VDI troubleshooting and administration
- Organizational and time‑management skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate level knowledge of Windows Server and desktop operating systems, hardware, and related technologies
- Technical diagnostic skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications
- 3‑5 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Associate’s degree or equivalent business knowledge
