- Participate in special projects and assist with technology solutions configurations
- 4-year degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer training or support
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite
- Experience with Salesforce, Service Now, Zen Desk, or similar tools preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience leading presentations, public speaking, or classroom training for technology products
- Technology/SaaS experience preferred
- Passion for creating and sharing best practices via reliable, repeatable content
- Veterinary industry knowledge a plus
