• Set up and manage automated pipelines for lead generation and client onboarding
• Implement and maintain AI responders and chatbot systems for client communication
• Configure and optimize CRM workflows using platforms such as Go High Level , Hub Spot, or Zoho
• Integrate booking and scheduling systems to streamline client interactions
• Utilize automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Pabbly to connect various business applications
• Edit and update websites or funnels on platforms such as Wix or Webflow as needed
• Support the creative team in delivering seamless project execution
• Provide ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure reliability

• Proven experience with CRM systems (Go High Level , Hub Spot, Zoho, or similar)
• Proficiency in automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with AI chatbot platforms and messaging automation
• Basic knowledge of website or funnel editing (Wix, Webflow, or similar)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to independently and communicate effectively with remote teams
• Flexibility to engage on a project monthly basis, with potential for long‑term collaboration
• Experience with LINE bots or basic Japanese language skills is a plus, but not required
