In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

We are searching for a Dynamics CRM Developer to assist with Corrective Maintenance and Small/Medium Enhancements on projects.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Experienced in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform
• Strong knowledge Microsoft Dynamics 365, including entity definitions, fields, views, forms, and workflows.
• Good Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate,
• Good knowledge of software development principles, patterns, and best practices Experience with CRM integrations with other systems and applications.
• Design, development, implementation and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions and Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with our development team to customize and configure Dynamics CRM.
• Testing, debugging, and documentation of CRM solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Work closely with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CRM solutions.
