Catalyx is seeking an L2 Lab Technician with a strong IT background to provide technical support for laboratory systems, equipment,software, and users. This role will focus on keeping laboratory technologyreliable and operational, with an emphasis on troubleshooting and hands-onsupport in the lab rather than manufacturing environments.

• Provide L2 technical support for laboratory ITsystems, equipment, and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity,and system issues within the lab.
• Support laboratory instruments and theirconnections to computers, networks, and other systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshootlab-related technology.
• Work directly with laboratory users to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with user accounts, system access,software, and endpoint support as needed.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps,configurations, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with laboratory, IT, engineering,and other technical teams.
• Escalate complex technical issues and assist with root-cause analysis.

• 2+ years of IT support or technical support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience withIT systems,hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting technology within alaboratory, research, or scientific environment preferred.
• Familiarity with computers, networks,connectivity, and laboratory equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work directly with laboratory usersand technical teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in an L2 support capacity and handling issues independently.
