Senior Manager, IT Operations

Join our Healthcare Mobilization Team as a Senior Technical Support Manager. Lead technology projects for new unit openings, work remotely near a major U.S. airport, and travel 30-50% across North America.

$115940 per year - $150040 per year

Eligible to participate in Sodexo’s incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Lead operations with ownership of enterprise system monitoring, scheduling, and administration to keep business running smoothly
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of system health and service performance
• Drive operational excellence through quality control processes, data-driven reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Play a critical role in financial operations by overseeing job scheduling and close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Champion change management strategies that support modernization and scalability across the organization
• Manage licensing, budgets, and staffing to support long-term efficiency and compliance
• Build and mentor a skilled technical team, empowering them to deliver high- impact support and innovation

• Proven leadership in IT operations, with the ability to manage enterprise systems and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
• Project management capabilities with a track record of delivering scalable, efficient solutions across complex systems
• Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues, solve problems proactively, and drive continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage cross-functional stakeholders and document operational processes
• Experience with Ivanti, Auto Sys, and ticketing systems, with a strong understanding of monitoring, scheduling, and incident management tools
