AI Technical Business Analyst
Insight Global is seeking an AI Technical Business Analyst to join their SDLC 2.0 Agentic Development initiative. This individual will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and engineering teams by translating business requirements into detailed, machine-executable specifications that enable autonomous code generation. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in business analysis, requirements engineering, and technical documentation, with the ability to eliminate ambiguity and create precise, version-controlled specifications that serve as the source of truth throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Requirements Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience creating structured technical documentation such as Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Software - Requirement Specifications (SRSs), or similar artifacts.
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation best practices.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts and business rules documentation.
- Experience working in version-controlled environments such as Git Hub.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
- Exposure to containerization technologies such as Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate conversations across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with AI-assisted or specification-driven development methodologies.
- Exposure to tools such as Claude Code, AWS Kiro, Git Hub Spec Kit, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Python and/or Type Script.
- Experience with in insurance, compliance, licensing, education, or highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Oracle-backed transactional systems and enterprise application environments.
