• Lead and manage the Web Ops team, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy dynamic web applications.
• Gather in-depth knowledge of HUBL language and Hubspot CMS.
• Oversee the integration and optimization of CMS platforms.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Conduct regular code reviews, provide technical guidance, and implement best practices.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

• Strong expertise in React.js and the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
• Hands-on experience with CMS development and integration.
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end web technologies, including RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with cloud services and Dev Ops practices is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 + years of experience in web development, with a focus on React.js and the MERN stack.
• Experience in leading a small to medium team.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
