Associate Director, Business Insights and Analytics - Respiratory

Associate Director leading the Business Insights and Analytics (BIA) team's performance sub-team within Digital Human Health, serving as a strategic partner to drive marketing insights and enhance customer engagement.

provide actionable, data-driven insights; lead and mentor a team of analysts; collaborate with cross-functional teams including data visualization and solutions; manage analytics projects; stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative methodologies, including AI, into analysis and experimentation; interpret complex healthcare datasets, notably patient claims data, to inform commercial strategies.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years of experience delivering complex analytics in pharma/healthcare; strong understanding of pharma commercial analytics, data management, storytelling, and decision-making.

advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PhD); expertise in Patient Support Services, claims, EMR analytics; experience managing teams; proficiency in statistical/modeling techniques and programming; ability to communicate insights effectively; experience with AI/ML and experimental design.
