HIKE2 is looking for a Salesforce Omnistudio Solution Architect to join our growing Salesforce Practice. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, designing scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions that leverage Omni Studio and the broader Salesforce platform. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to translate complex business requirements into thoughtful technical architectures.

The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong consulting skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering transformational Salesforce solutions while helping shape best practices across our Salesforce Practice.

• Lead the architecture and design of complex Salesforce solutions using Omni Studio and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Design and implement solutions using Omni Studio tools , including Flex Cards, OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and related technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing technical architectures.
• Serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce developers, project managers, and client stakeholders to define solution strategies.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and architecture reviews.
• Develop solution architecture documentation, technical specifications, integration designs, and implementation standards.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce integration technologies.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and data integrity.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and consultants.
