IT Senior Manager, BI Data & Analytics

We are seeking an experienced  
** IT Senior Manager, BI Data & Analytics
** to lead the development and delivery of business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics solutions that transform complex data into actionable business insights. This role leads a team of analytics professionals and serves as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable business value.

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Leadership & Strategy*
* + Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing BI, Data & Analytics team.

+ Define and execute the analytics strategy and roadmap aligned with business and IT objectives.

+ Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to leverage data for operational improvements and strategic growth.

+ Promote adoption of analytics solutions and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

** Analytics & Data Visualization*
* + Oversee the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

+ Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for executive and operational audiences.

+ Establish and maintain data visualization standards, best practices, and governance.

+ Ensure analytics solutions deliver meaningful business outcomes and an exceptional user experience.

** Business Partnership*
* + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities, challenges, and analytics requirements.

+ Translate business needs into technical and data requirements.

+ Serve as a trusted advisor on analytics capabilities, opportunities, and solutions.

+ Build strong cross-functional relationships and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

** Data & Technology Leadership*
* + Provide leadership and oversight for BI, data engineering, and advanced analytics initiatives.

+ Partner with architects and technology teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and long-term IT strategy.

+ Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices to enhance analytics capabilities.

+ Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and recommend innovative solutions that drive business value.

** Project & Program Management*
* + Lead complex analytics projects and programs from strategy through implementation.

+ Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

+ Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

+ Monitor project performance and provide updates to senior leadership.

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

** 10+ years of progressive experience
** in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Reporting, or related disciplines.

+  
** 5+ years of leadership experience
** managing analytics, BI, data engineering, or cross-functional technology teams.

+ Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise analytics initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.

+ Strong expertise in data visualization, reporting, dashboard development, and analytics best practices.

+ Experience translating business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.

+ Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

+ Experience presenting insights, recommendations, and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders and executives.
