Minitab is seeking a skilled and motivated Dev Ops Engineer to play a key role in developing and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Help manage and maintain development and production infrastructure, ensuring environments are stable, scalable, secure, and suitable for continuous testing and delivery.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to address urgent infrastructure issues and support system reliability.

• Manage requests across systems and environments, including updates to settings, permissions, and components.
• Provide timely support for infrastructure-related issues to minimize disruption and improve service quality.
• Maintain documentation and procedures for request handling and issue resolution to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
