We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to join a growing technology team supporting enterprise applications with a clear career path toward Full Stack Engineering
. This is not a traditional Tier 1 support role—you’ll work directly with application code, troubleshoot complex issues, analyze root causes, and identify ways to improve application performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Investigate application failures and perform technical triage
Review code to identify issues and potential improvements
Troubleshoot application and performance issues
Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventative solutions
Collaborate with development and technical teams to resolve issues
Support application enhancements, testing, and modernization initiatives
Work within an Agile environment using 2-week sprints
Build technical skills toward broader Full Stack Engineering responsibilities

Qualifications

1–3 years of application support, application development, or related experience
Experience with Java or comparable development technologies
Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills
Experience troubleshooting application issues and identifying root causes
Ability to analyze problems beyond simply resolving support tickets
Strong interest in developing toward a Full Stack Engineering career
