We are seeking a motivated Network Technician to join a growing infrastructure and networking team supporting large-scale network modernization initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies, SD-WAN deployments, hardware upgrades, and connectivity projects across hundreds of locations nationwide.

• Support large-scale SD-WAN migration and network modernization projects
• Assist with the installation and configuration of upgraded network hardware
• Support router deployment and replacement activities
• Assist with migrating alarm panels and communication systems onto the network
• Support phone system connectivity and network integration initiatives
• Assist with broadband and mobile POS (mPOS) connectivity through Ethernet solutions
• Replace and troubleshoot networking and communications hardware
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Document work performed and provide updates on project progress
• Collaborate with network engineers and internal support teams to ensure successful deployments
• Participate in future software-defined networking and security initiatives as needed

• General networking experience
• Experience supporting routers and switches
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure and connectivity
• Hands-on cabling and hardware support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience supporting Cisco routers and switches
• CCNA certification or active CCNA studies
• CompTIA Network+ certification
• SD-WAN exposure or interest in network modernization technologies
• Previous experience in Network Support, Desktop Support, IT Support, Field Services, NOC, or Telecommunications environments

This is a Contract position based out of Warrendale, PA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
