Empower AI is seeking a motivated Deskside Technician (Boyers, PA) to resolve escalated Tier II end-user computing issues within a DoD-focused enterprise IT program for ~13,000 users across multiple security enclaves. You will assess hardware, software, and configuration, applying STIGs and enterprise imaging tools while coordinating vendor services.
This onsite role requires U.S. citizenship, TS clearance eligibility, and a readiness to work a 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
