Job Summary This is a hybrid position requiring the team member to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week. No relocation is provided for this opportunity.

The Senior Specialist, HR Reporting & Analytics partners with HR and business leaders to transform workforce data into actionable insights that support business and talent decisions. The role requires strong knowledge of HR data and data structures, analytics, storytelling with data, data visualization, and HR data privacy and governance. This role will be the first point of contact for HR and business stakeholders who require support with HR data policy interpretation, reporting or analytics requests.

The position will develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions using data from SAP HCM, SAP Success Factors, and other enterprise sources, with Power BI as a key analytics and visualization platform. The role will heavily focus on data integrity, data governance, reporting and analytics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partner with senior HR and business leaders to understand workforce challenges and translate business questions into actionable analytics and insights

Develop dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytical solutions using Power BI and other enterprise analytics platforms

Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into compelling data stories, actionable insights, and recommendations for senior, technical, and non-technical audiences
