10 is currently seeking a Data Center Operations Analyst - Onsite for a 6+ month contract position with a National Retail Chain located in Crafton, PA. Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Data Center Operations Analyst to provide critical monitoring and maintenance of physical and network environments in a 24/7/365 setting. This role supports a key enterprise data center operation, focusing on the health of server systems, network devices, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor physical and environmental conditions of the data center Oversee server systems, network devices, and infrastructure health Perform walkthroughs and routine systems maintenance Use monitoring tools (Solar Winds, OP5, Datadog, Grafana) to detect and respond to alarms Manage Service Now tickets and escalate issues as needed Troubleshoot WAN-related issues, latency, bandwidth, and layer 2 switching (VLAN ports, switch setup) Manage ISP vendor coordination and escalations Follow SOPs for incident response and problem resolution Collaborate with team members to ensure operational continuity between shifts Maintain strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Primary Requirements:
Hands-on experience with infrastructure/network monitoring and alerting tools such as Datadog or Grafana Experience in a NOC, SOC, or DOC environment monitoring, responding to alerts, and troubleshooting issues Understanding of LAN/WAN fundamentals, connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting Basic working knowledge of a data center environment, including servers, cabling, physical security, and general operational awareness Strong problem-solving and communication skills Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
