• Engage with local families and businesses to discuss their current insurance protection.
• Evaluate unique risks and recommend policies that provide actual peace of mind.
• Manage and maintain a growing portfolio of clients with consistent attention to detail.
• Review existing coverage regularly to ensure it keeps up with life's inevitable changes.
• Cultivate a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions.
• Participate in community events to strengthen the presence of The Atlantic District in Harmonsburg.

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Solid understanding of risk assessment and insurance policy structures.
• Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.
• Demonstrated history of building rapport with clients through honest, clear conversation.
• A genuine desire to help neighbours protect what matters most to them.
• Previous experience in a client-facing or consultative role.
