Position

Service Titan Coach and Consultant

Key Role Focus

Coaching within all modules in Service Titan CRM.

A primary responsibility of this role is experience with best practices and proper workflows within Service Titan. Experience with setting up payroll, technician mobile side, accounting, call booking, memberships, Inventory/Purchasing, Marketing Pro, Phones Pro, Scheduling Pro, etc.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in onboarding clients and implementation to Service Titan CRM from another platform with clients who have been on Service Titan but need help from an expert on what they can improve on schedule and manage daily client appointments, including both new and existing accounts (Coaching will manage around 15 accounts on average)
  • Conduct pre-assessments on each account to deliver tailored Service Titan solutions through an account analysis and oversee client data within our CRM system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client usage issues promptly
  • Report weekly on task progress and project completion
  • Conduct on-site visits as needed (90% remote, with occasional in-office communication)
  • Execute Pricebook import/export processes using Microsoft Excel for client training, optimization, and build-outs
Requirements

This is a non entry level role. This is a Service Titan Specialist Role in best business practices in Service Titan and CRM customization

2-3 Years Experience with in Service Titan Software

  • Service Titan Coaching Certification (All candidates must be coaching certified within 90 days of employment. Certifications to be earned on your own time outside of work)
  • Proficiency in Service Titan workflows: setup, configuration, and best practices
  • Strong accounting workflows and customer management skills
  • Skilled in dispatching, call booking, estimates, financing partnerships (Good Leap, Greensky, Service Finance), invoicing, memberships, inventory, and marketing
  • Knowledge of mobile and payment workflows, phones, forms, tax zones, and backend configurations
  • Advanced knowledge of Price books and Microsoft Excel, including import/export functions
  • Familiarity with Quick Books (Desktop/Online) and Intacct integration for basic reporting and configurations
