Carter Will Search is seeking a Trust & Estate Planning Associate to join a Pennsylvania-based Taxation & Wealth Planning practice in Blue Bell or Philadelphia
.

This role offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated estates , focusing on estate planning, tax planning, and related wealth management matters.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of relevant experience , with responsibilities including:

• Conducting legal research and analysis in estate and tax matters

• Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents

• Preparing or reviewing tax returns and providing guidance on family-owned business planning and life insurance structures

• Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop comprehensive wealth planning strategies

Familiarity with Pennsylvania estate and tax laws is essential, and an LLM in Taxation is a strong plus.

• 2–5 years of experience in trusts, estates, and tax planning

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission

• Strong analytical and drafting skills , with attention to detail

• Familiarity with family business planning, insurance, and complex estates

• Excellent academic credentials and writing ability
