We seek a candidate capable of organizing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail, and producing accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting evidentiary hearings, researching legal issues, drafting motions, discovery, appeals, advocating in court, and taking/defending depositions. NJ & PA Bar Admission with 1-3 years of state litigation experience is required.

Job Responsibilities – In This Role, You Will
  • Provide status updates, legal analysis, and strategy recommendations to clients
  • Handle a large caseload from assignment to conclusion under senior attorney supervision
  • Review conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters
  • Draft and review pleadings and correspondence related to foreclosure actions
  • Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections laws and regulations
Requisite Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Meticulous analytical skills with the ability to analyze and recommend corrective actions
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer and office skills
Required Education & Training
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • NJ & PA State Bar Membership
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles is a plus
