Experienced PA Licensed Civil and/or Criminal Attorney
Prince Law Offices, P.C. is seeking highly skilled, pro‑rights attorneys with trial experience in the tri‑county area to join their legal team. As a criminal and/or civil attorney, you will represent clients in both criminal and/or civil litigation cases, providing effective legal counsel and representation in a professional manner.

- Represent clients in criminal and/or civil litigation cases, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Interview clients to gather necessary information for their cases and assess the best course of action.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as paralegals, investigators, and experts to build a strong case.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when applicable.
- Present arguments in court before judges and juries.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress.
- Stay up‑to‑date with changes in the law and legal trends that may impact client cases.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a proven track record of success in criminal and/or civil litigation cases.
- Strong trial experience with the ability to handle complex cases independently.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present arguments persuasively in court.
- Proficiency in using legal research databases and other technology tools relevant to the legal profession.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
