Private construction law is part of the examination material in Baden-Württemberg. You can look forward to the best possible preparation through tasks in a nationally and internationally leading law firm in private construction law.

We also make sure that you also deal with other exam-relevant topics (especially the law of obligations) with us.

We also offer you an interview with Dr. Wolfgang Breyer, who worked for many years as a tutor at the former “Juristische Forum Dr. Jacoby Dr. Breyer” in Heidelberg and Freiburg and still offers exam preparation courses in parts of the law of contractual obligations for the first and second state law exams.

Dr. Wolfgang Breyer will discuss your planned exam preparation with you personally and, depending on individual arrangements, other topics as well.

The prerequisite for your legal clerkship with us is a first state examination in law with at least a fully satisfactory grade and an interest in private construction law.
