Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join our client's growing team. The firm is a boutique full‑service law firm located in Huntingdon Valley, PA. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience handling a broad range of estate planning and administration matters, including complex drafting, trust funding, probate filings, and fiduciary guidance.

• Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Advise high‑net‑worth individuals and families on wealth preservation, tax planning, and asset protection strategies.
• Handle all aspects of trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings, estate accountings, fiduciary responsibilities, and tax filings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, accountants, and financial advisors.
• Conduct legal research and stay up to date on developments in estate, gift, and generation‑skipping transfer tax laws.
• Supervise and support paralegal staff involved in document preparation and administration tasks.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in estate planning and administration.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with estate planning software and probate/trust administration systems is a plus.
