Responsibilities- Handle medical malpractice matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions

- Work closely with senior attorneys who provide hands‑on guidance and mentorship
- 2+ years of experience in insurance defense or medical malpractice
- Active bar license in good standing
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases independently with appropriate supervision

- Low billable hour requirement (1800 hours annually)
