Estate Paralegal

Bogar & Hipp Law Offices, LLC is seeking an experienced Estate Paralegal to join our small, family-owned firm in Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania (Camp Hill area, just across the river from Harrisburg). This is a full-time, in-office position for an organized, professional paralegal who can take ownership of estate administration document preparation and keep matters moving from start to finish.

The Estate Paralegal will work directly with the firm’s attorneys on estate and trust administration, from opening the estate through the inheritance tax return, the accounting, and final distribution. This is far more than answering phones and managing files: it is a role for someone who can get a lot done, with accuracy, and who is comfortable communicating with clients and families along the way.

The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of Pennsylvania estate administration
, has prepared inheritance tax returns and accountings
, and is either familiar with Lackner estate administration software or able to learn it quickly.
