Tax Attorney

Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year

We are an established Devon-based law firm advising public and privately held companies, high-net-worth individuals, and sophisticated organizations throughout the Philadelphia region and nationally. Our attorneys combine sophisticated legal capabilities with the collaboration and personal attention of a closely integrated firm.

• Advise sophisticated businesses and private clients on consequential matters
• Collaborate with an accomplished, multidisciplinary group of attorneys
• Gain meaningful autonomy, client exposure, and professional visibility
• Build and expand a tax practice within a respected firm
• Receive competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package

• Advise clients on federal and Pennsylvania tax implications arising from business transactions and entity structures
• Structure, draft, and negotiate transactional and organizational agreements
• Counsel partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, and other pass-through entities
• Bring 5+ years of tax and transactional law experience with an active Pennsylvania license
• Demonstrate excellent legal writing, client communication, and commercial judgment; an established client base is preferred
