Associate Attorney – Workers' Compensation & Civil Litigation | Yardley, PA Area | Up to $160K total comp
A well-established regional law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Yardley, PA office, focusing primarily on civil litigation, including workers' compensation and insurance defense matters.

What you'll do:
- Handle civil litigation matters with an emphasis on workers' compensation and insurance defense
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Make court appearances on behalf of clients
What you bring:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 2–4+ years of litigation experience
- Hands-on experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
- Background in workers' compensation, insurance defense, or general civil litigation
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
