Site Logistics and Operations Leader

Principal Recruitment Consultant - Procurement & Supply Chain Planning. A leader within the pharmaceuticals industry is looking for a Site Operations and Logistics Director to join their team. They're looking for someone who knows how to lead logistics teams through change—and has experience in warehouse ops, scheduling, and supply chain planning.

This is a hands-on leadership role at a brand-new, high-tech sterile manufacturing site. You'd be managing a team of ~35 (with 5-7 direct reports), helping shape how materials move through the site, and working closely with other functions to keep things running smoothly.

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain and a Bachelor’s degree
• Led logistics or supply chain teams in a regulated environment (pharmaceuticals environment preferred)
• Experienced with warehouse operations, planning, and continuous improvement
• SAP or similar systems experience
• Experience building strong teams and lead through transformation
• International supply chain/warehouse experience
