JB Poindexter & Co is launching the MBA Leadership Development Program to fast-track high-potential leaders into Senior Manager, Director, and VP roles across operations or supply chain. Participants will rotate across manufacturing businesses in multiple U.S. locations, gaining hands-on plant-floor experience and a tailored development plan.
Selected candidates will report to the Corporate Sr. VP of Operations and receive direct mentorship from senior leaders.
