As CEO & President of the BTG Group, you will drive innovation, profitability, and growth while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across international teams.

• Assume full P&L responsibility for the global BTG Business.
• Serve as a member of the Board of Management for Products and Services.
• Define, communicate, and align the strategic vision and long-term planning for the organization.
• Lead regional management activities to drive profitable growth, including investments, strategic initiatives, execution, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and large-scale expansion projects.
• Drive both top- and bottom-line performance in alignment with established business case strategies.
• Oversee budgeting processes and ensure the overall financial health of the company.
• Build and maintain strong C-suite relationships with major paper industry customers.
• Champion and cultivate a robust safety and quality culture throughout the organization.
• Hold overall responsibility for governance-related topics, including risk management and compliance.
• Ensure alignment of the BTG stragegy and organization with Voith and drive the establishment of Voith Core processes.
• Develop and support talents across all functions—coaching, providing constructive feedback, listening actively, and asking the right questions to empower people.

• Over ten years of proven leadership experience in senior international management roles.
• Demonstrated success as Managing Director with full profit and loss (P&L) accountability.
• Strong ability to lead complex, multicultural organizations and deliver sustainable results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, ideally complemented by an MBA.
• Extensive experience in building and managing large, global, and highly complex organizational structures.
• Solid background in leading businesses in instrumentation, software, or aftermarket services.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills at the highest executive level.
• Strategic problem-solving expertise with a track record of diagnosing complex challenges and implementing impactful solutions.
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.
• Industry experience in the paper sector is highly preferred.
