Asst. Manager - Warehouse

To execute, coordinate and monitor the functioning of warehouse in order to maintain & handle the Raw Material for Metal & Blackmass Plant.

• Oversee daily warehouse operation, ensuring accurate inventory level and efficient order fulfillment.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
• Implement process improvements that resulted in increase in productivity.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions for warehouse staff to enhance skills and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinated with the procurement department to manage incoming shipments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conducted regular stock audits.

• To be responsible for ensuring OH & SMS related aspects in the section. Take ownership in case of any emergency / disaster as per the Emergency Preparedness Plan / Disaster Mgt. Plan.
