Clinical Data Manager

Are you a hands on Clinical Data Manager looking to step into a broader lead role, without moving into full people management? We’re expanding our Data Management team and are looking for a CDML who thrives in a fast-moving, science-driven biotech environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting a rich clinical pipeline within immunology and autoimmune diseases, working closely with cross‑functional teams and overseeing high‑quality clinical data delivery across multiple studies.

• You want to stay hands‑on and close to the data.
• You enjoy vendor and CRO oversight rather than managing large internal teams.
• You have solid RAVE experience and understand EDC build/oversight.
• You want to work at a sponsor company with an innovative mindset and growing pipeline.

We’re intentionally not looking for ex‑DMLs or people managers – this role suits someone who wants challenge and ownership, not personnel management.

• Lead Data Management activities for one or more clinical programs.
• Serve as the primary DM point of contact for internal teams and CRO partners.
• Oversee CRO deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and data readiness for submission.
• Contribute to protocol development, data collection strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance across DM activities.
• Help drive continuous improvement within Data Management processes.

• Experience as a Clinical Data Manager in a sponsor environment.
• Strong RAVE and EDC experience.
• Solid track record in CRO/vendor oversight

• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life sciences or related field.
• Experience in biotech, autoimmune, or rare disease studies is a plus.
