We are hiring an Operations Manager in the Middle East. The Operations Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all Samaritans Purse operational functions in the area. They will provide strategic oversight and leadership in the areas of Procurement, Logistics, Information Technology (IT), Travel, Base Operations, Legal Compliance/Coordination and Administration.

In the role of Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
- Oversee key operational functions, including HR, IT, logistics, procurement, warehousing, fleet management, asset management, and base operations, ensuring cohesive and efficient workflows, compliant resource distribution, and accountable inventory systems.
- Lead procurement processes, managing both national and international procurement to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant resource supply aligned with donor and organizational standards.
- Direct logistics operations, including fleet management, travel coordination, asset management, warehousing, and inventory systems, ensuring efficient, accountable, and compliant resource distribution.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison, facilitating communication between field sites, the Country Office, and the Senior Management Team (SMT) to maintain alignment on priorities.
- Promote staff development through capacity-building initiatives and foster regional collaboration to encourage knowledge-sharing and operational excellence.
- Advanced degree from a college or university; and a minimum of three (3) years related experience in project management, business administration, public administration, logistics, supply chain management, communications or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Field experience and knowledge of the Region is a strong asset.
Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical studies strongly preferred
. Strong relational skills and financial management experience. - Skills in Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Strong writing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor others.
Job Location: Middle East
Type: Full-Time
Language Requirement: Fluency in English (required), knowledge of Arabic preferred.
Accompaniment: Unaccompanied
Travel Expectations: This position requires international and domestic travel of approximately 30 days/year
