The Director of Finance will lead financial stewardship for the Finance, Payroll, and Purchasing teams, supporting operational excellence and strategic budgeting.

• Promote a 3C (Character, Commitment, Competency) culture by ensuring financial resources are managed with integrity.
• Provide reliable, accurate financial reports that meet GAAP, IRS guidelines, and other applicable standards.
• Develop and oversee the Accounting Manager, Payroll Supervisor, and Purchasing Supervisor to build high‑performing teams.
• Set a clear vision and roadmap for the Finance, Payroll, and Purchasing teams as a strategic partner.
• Represent financial operations as a member of the Director Team.
• Offer advice on spending and budget issues to the Executive and Director Teams.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including operational and capital expenditures.
• Oversee the annual close of all books and records, coordinating with external CPA partners.
• Guide establishment of new financial processes and procedures.
• Facilitate cross‑departmental teams with a stewardship perspective.
• Participate in project teams as directed.

• Proven track record in financial leadership and supervision.
• Experience developing and guiding organizational budgets.
• Strong understanding of business systems and internal controls.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Capability to develop and lead teams.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Knowledge of payroll and ERP systems.
• Understanding of GAAP and IRS guidelines.
