- Supporting the team leader in the organisation, coordination and monitoring of cleaning work in the abattoir
- Active participation in the cleaning team and performance of cleaning tasks
- Organising, instructing and supporting employees during the shift
- Checking the quality of cleaning, carrying out
- Visual inspections incl. documentation
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of special cleaning, machine downtime and maintenance
- Dismantling systems and production lines and preparing them for cleaning
- Ensuring and complying with all hygiene, quality and safety regulations
- Experience in industrial cleaning, ideally in the food sector
- Technical understanding of systems and their dismantling work
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and service-orientated thinking
- Ability to work in a team and provide guidance to employees
- Good written and spoken German
- Flexibility in working hours (night shift)
- Ideally already have some management experience
