Crew Leader, Management

We’re hiring a Crew Leader to run parking lot striping jobs—not just work on a crew, but lead it.

If you’ve worked in construction, landscaping, paving, or any hands‑on field work and you’re ready to step up and take ownership, this is a great opportunity to grow with a small, fast‑moving business.

• Competitive salary
• Opportunity for advancement
• Training & development

• Drive the truck and lead a small crew (1–3 people)
• Set up jobs and plan the work before it starts
• Operate striping equipment (we’ll train you)
• Keep the crew moving and jobs on track
• Make sure lines are clean, straight, and done right
• Handle problems in the field without waiting on someone else

• Someone who shows up and takes ownership
• Comfortable leading others and giving direction
• Pays attention to detail (this work has to look right)
• Can think ahead and stay organized
• Not afraid of physical, outdoor work
• Has a valid driver’s license

• Starting at $20+/hr (based on experience)
• Flexible, part‑time hours to start (more coming as we grow)
• Real opportunity to move into a full‑time leadership role
• Hands‑on training with equipment and systems
• Work where you can actually see the results at the end of the night

• Mostly evenings/nights (6pm–3am)
• Some weekends during busy season
• Hours increase as we book more work

This isn’t just another job. You’ll be trusted to run jobs, lead a crew, and help build something from the ground up.

If you want to just clock in and out, this isn’t it.

If you want responsibility and growth, let’s talk.
