What You’ll Do

Lead, recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team
Coach and mentor sales professionals to consistently exceed goals
Drive accountability and ensure company standards are met
Support and assist the Finance Department as needed
Step in to close deals and handle customer escalations with professionalism
Create a premium, customer-first buying experience
Foster a positive, competitive, and team-oriented culture

What We’re Looking For

Proven Automotive Sales Manager experience
F&I and special finance expertise
Documented track record of success and performance
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, driven attitude
Professional appearance and strong customer presence
Willingness to complete background check and drug screening
