Job Description
We are hiring three SVP-level leaders to help elevate one of our financial services customers as it continues integrating and scaling their platform. The team is transitioning from a largely operational support model to a more strategic, client-centric service organization. These leaders will serve as both operational executives and client-facing relationship leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Act as player/coaches, leading teams while remaining actively engaged with clients.
- Serve as executive point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Oversee KPIs and overall service delivery performance.
- Manage business-as-usual (BAU) processing and adherence to SLAs.
- Lead and mentor Service Directors who manage day-to-day client relationships.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend operational improvements.
- Provide strategic thought leadership to enhance service offerings and client experience.
- Manage teams ranging from approximately 5-8 direct and indirect reports.
