Yoga Six in Glen Mills, PA is looking for a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our boutique fitness studio to new heights. Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a seamless and premium member experience
Drive membership sales, retention strategies, and revenue growth goals
Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing team of front desk staff and instructors
Develop and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives to grow studio visibility
Monitor studio KPIs, budgets, and financial performance to meet targets
Maintain studio cleanliness, safety standards, and brand compliance
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating studio culture aligned with the Yoga Six brand

Requirements:

3+ years of management experience, preferably in boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality
Proven track record in sales, membership growth, or business development
Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing staff schedules
Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency with studio management software (Club Ready or similar platforms a plus)
Passion for yoga, fitness, and the wellness industry
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
