The MCS Group, Inc. offers a full‑time floater position in the Aston and City Line area and surrounding region.
Position Details:
- Full time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Hourly pay: $18.50–$19.50.
- Full benefits: medical, 401(k), PTO, mileage reimbursement.
- Potential performance incentives and career opportunities.
- Travel within surrounding areas required.
The role requires reliable personal transportation.
Position Responsibilities- Perform office functions, including copy and document imaging.
- Manage records and mail processing.
- Provide hospitality services in various locations.
- Support high‑paced environment, accentuating strong customer‑service skills.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and work independently.
- 3–5 years customer service experience.
- 3–5 years Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong customer service skills and positive approach.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
