Branch Device Manager

The purpose of the Branch Device Manager is to manage and coordinate the Credit Union’s cash vault and daily operation of branch devices, including automated teller machines (ATMs), cash advance authorization terminals, coin counting machines, cash recyclers, and card instant issuance program, and serve as the primary liaison for business unit initiatives that impact branch devices. This includes, but is not limited to, managing vendor relationships and branch equipment orders in order to accomplish designated company projects, monitoring branch adherence to operational expectations, communicating effectively with branch staff, coordinating support and restoration during branch device disruptions, reviewing contract obligations, performing quality inspections of team activities, preparing, analyzing, and distributing applicable reports, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies, network requirements, and Credit Union standards.

The Branch Device Manager selects, develops, motivates, and retains qualified staff through effective training and performance management and performs duties of direct reports as needed. This role has minimal budgetary responsibility, has very limited supervision and inspection of work, and requires a significant degree of creativity, data analysis and problem-solving to resolve issues.
