Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Lead to oversee and coordinate manufacturing activities on our production assembly lines. This role ensures that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, cGMP, and PPE policies.

Inspect production equipment for cleanliness and proper operation.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Monitor product quality throughout the fill, assembly, and packaging stages.

Set up production lines with the correct equipment and materials.

Communicate with Maintenance for equipment issues or discrepancies.

Verify accuracy and availability of components, packaging materials, and bulk.

Review and address any concerns with the Bill of Materials (BOM) before production.

Assign and manage staffing according to BOM requirements.

Monitor production flow, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

Maintain accurate documentation of production data (e.g., staffing, materials used, waste, output).

Report production progress and efficiency metrics to the Production Manager.

Oversee line clearance and cleanliness before and after each run.

Ensure proper handling of unused materials and disposal of waste.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and communicate effectively).

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Proficient in computer use and production documentation.

Familiarity with production equipment and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Prior Experience In a Manufacturing Or Production Environment Preferred.

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with work hours.

Willingness to arrive 30 minutes before shift start and stay 30 minutes after shift end as needed.
