Maintenance Technician

Location: Tipton
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Production Maintenance department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $25.50/hr with $1.50 shift differential

** Shift:
** 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, 2nd Shift

** What's the Job?*
* + Support 2nd shift production by troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure safe and proper operation

+ Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance across multiple locations and document activities in the CMMS

+ Collaborate with maintenance team members to optimize machine uptime and process efficiency

+ Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems

+ Participate in inventory management of critical spare parts and support manufacturing engineering projects

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production maintenance environment

+ Knowledge of motor drives, PLC systems, and industrial power systems; certifications are a plus

+

Experience with Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) and electrical control troubleshooting

+ Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and ability to read design and CAD drawings

+ Proficiency with MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
