• To ensure delivery of products on time, of desired quality and quantity at optimum cost.
• To ensure continuous improvement in achievement of productivity and manufacturing yields.
• Quality norms; launch of new products 100% in time.
• Quality:
  Demonstrate compliance to established Manufacturing Operations and Quality Standards to ensure products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality.
• Reduction in Out of Specification Deviations, reduce Market complaints.
• Document Integrity:
  To support compliance of practices to established procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
• To approve the SOPs & format, batch related to production operations to ensure their strict implementation.
• Cost:
  Overhead recovery and manufacturing efficiency to be maintained.
• People Development:
  Develop talent pipeline down the line among team members.
• Retention of records;
  Performance and evaluation of in-process controls.
• Timely closure of QMS records within defined timeline.

• Educational
  
  Qualification:
  
  B.Pharm, M. Pharm, or M.Sc.
• Experience:
  
  15 to 18 years.
