The Executive – Production is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure batches are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with SOPs and quality standards. The role involves monitoring critical process parameters, maintaining accurate production documentation, ensuring adherence to GMP and safety guidelines, and coordinating with QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow. The Executive also supervises operators, supports troubleshooting of process or equipment issues, and contributes to continuous improvement, productivity, and audit readiness.

• Responsible for Issuance and record of raw material from stores as per BMR
• To carry out the cleaning procedure of all the equipment and production plants per SOP
• Responsible for material reconciliation.
• Raw material and packing material management as per requirement of production plan.
• Timely calibration of all production instruments.
• Maintain department records required as per GMP.
• Maintain usage and cleaning logbook of all equipment of Production area.
• Ensure the production department is following all necessary safety precautions while performing tasks.
• Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
• Follow EHS and HR policies of the Organization.
• Provide training to workers and officers.
• Manage manpower and working planning in shift duties.

2 to 5 years of experience in production operations, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, or specialty manufacturing

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
